Olivia has been dancing for as long as she could walk and her love of dance has motivated her quest to continue to educate, empower and inspire her students, peers and collaborators across North America.

As a dancer and performer, Olivia has trained in all areas of concert and studio dance. She has received her RAD Advanced II certification, trained at advanced levels in hip-hop, tap, jazz & lyrical jazz, theatre, modern, and contemporary. She has been the recipient of multiple provincial, national and international dance, music and voice awards during her years as a competitive performer. Olivia has also had the pleasure of performing leading roles in Cats (“Munkustrap”) and Seussical (“The Cat in the Hat”). Olivia has had the opportunity to study at some of the top dance training facilities in the industry including in Los Angeles, New York City, Vancouver and Paris.

As a choreographer, Olivia has regularly been the recipient of multiple choreography awards over the past two decades. Her choreography was featured at a global conference in Stockholm, Sweden in partnership with the work of Emmy Award Nominee Stacey Tookey. Olivia has recently worked with Big Apple Productions “Cabaret” (2023 – Choreographer) “This Is Me” (2024 – Choreographer, Director, Co-Producer), and “Rocky Horror Show” (2025 – Co-Choreographer & Production Consultant).

As a dance educator, Olivia is entering her 11th year as a studio owner, with teaching experience that spans across two decades with students from ages 18 months to 65+ years. Olivia has received her CDTA, IDTS, DEEA and YPAD certifications and commits to annual continuing professional development within the dance industry.

Olivia was most recently elected as the Chair of the CDTA Hip Hop Dance Studies division with the mission of being a conduit to bridge the gap between traditional, authentic hip hop street culture and concert dance studio training methods. Her goal is to integrate the core values, history, and essence of hip hop into structured dance education. Through thoughtfully crafted workshops, choreography, and training programs, she aims to honour the roots of hip hop culture while making it accessible to dancers in studio settings. Olivia’s objective is to create a space where authenticity and technique coexist, inspiring dancers to connect deeply with the art form and its origins while advancing their skills in a professional and creative environment.

Olivia also holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and now works globally with performing arts professionals to strategize and optimize ways to find lasting career success in this industry with her company SOPRO Consulting. Her mission is to integrate her passion for dance, with her commitment to the study of mental wellness, motivation and the power of team dynamics, to further serve the dance industry.

Mackenzie Green, originally from Regina, Canada, has always been deeply passionate about dance. With a diverse background in Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, and Tap, his versatility as a performer has been key to his success in the entertainment industry. Now based in Los Angeles, California, Mackenzie has made a significant mark in both film and television. His credits include appearances on major productions such as CBS’s Dancing With The Stars, Paramount’s Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Netflix’s Julie & The Phantoms and The Woman in the House, Disney’s Descendants 1/2/3 & 5, Hulu’s Chippendales, NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Showtime’s Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, FOX’s 9-1-1: Lone Star, and ABC’s Once Upon a Time. He has also featured on Glee, Step Up 5, The Middle, Witches of East End, and many others. Mackenzie’s live performance credits are equally impressive. He’s graced the stage at prestigious events including The Academy Awards for “Barbie – I’m Just Ken,” The Grammy Awards, The Voice, America’s Got Talent, the Primetime Emmy Awards, the Latin Grammy Awards, Lip Sync Battle, the MTV Awards, the Pan American Games, and the Riot Games ceremonies for League of Legends and VALORANT. His extensive list of collaborations includes high-profile artists like Jennifer Lopez, One Republic, Paula Abdul, Katy Perry, Meghan Trainor, RuPaul, Gloria Trevi, Keke Palmer, Nelly Furtado, Robyn, Cece Peniston, Crystal Waters, Stevie Mackie, PVRIS, Mel C, Tom Odell, Hurts, Elvira Mistress Of The Dark, Todrick Hall, Patrick Starrr, and many more. A notable highlight of his career includes touring Europe with Helene Fischer, one of Germany’s top artists, in a production by 45degrees, a division of Cirque Du Soleil. Mackenzie has also toured with Art On Ice’s European Tours, as well as Cheryl Burke’s Love On The Floor tour in Japan and AHF’s West Side Story tour. In addition to his performance work, Mackenzie has appeared in work for major brands like Nike, BeachBody, Avon, LG Electronics, REDKEN, Herbalife, and Mary Kay. 

Lindsay Harpham is a Vancouver-based contemporary artist, dance educator, choreographer, and adjudicator originally from Saskatchewan. Her career spans international tours and collaborations with acclaimed companies such as Litz Dance, Red Sky Performance, Larchaud Dance Project, Gadfly, ACE Dance Theatre, Hit and Run Productions, Remai Modern, Mucci Dance, and Nickelodeon. She has performed across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia, continually seeking work that challenges and inspires her as deeply as the art itself. Highlights of her performance career include the Australia Joint Dance Congress, appearances with the Toronto and Vancouver Symphony Orchestras, Remai Modern’s LUGO, and the renowned Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival—experiences that continue to shape her expansive view of what’s possible through movement. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Human Kinetics, a foundation that informs both her creative and pedagogical practices. She co-founded wherewe collective, a platform that offers performance and educational opportunities for emerging and pre-professional artists. Through the collective, she runs a summer sleep-away intensive, wherewe CONNECT, and is preparing to launch a professional residency in 2026. As a creator, Lindsay has recently choreographed and directed several dance films, including Criss Cross, Synonymous Red, SHH, and Behind Us, which premiered in a hybrid live performance in Fall 2023. Her cross-disciplinary approach also led to the development of a cross-conditioning syllabus tailored for dancers, which she has taught to post-secondary programs such as Modus Operandi, Source Dance Company, SFU, and Lamondance. Alongside her teaching, adjudicating, and dance work, she is a Kinesiologist at the Performance Clinic at Ballet BC Headquarters, focusing on injury rehabilitation and pre-habilitation for dancers, and high-performance athletes. Lindsay is passionate about movement as both an expressive and functional art form, and is committed to fostering sustainable, embodied practices in the next generation of artists. 

Originally from small-town Saskatchewan, Kylan Wagner began dancing before he could walk. He trained at his mothers studio before moving to Toronto at age 12 to study at Canadas National Ballet School. He later continued his training in Calgary with Alberta Ballet School and YYC Dance Project, developing into a versatile performer across all styles.

Kylan holds advanced CDTA and ADAPT certifications with honours and has trained and competed internationally in cities like London, New York, LA, Vegas, Orlando, Toronto, and Montreal. His professional credits include The Nutcracker with The National Ballet of Canada, CDTA National Syllabus videos, street performances in Vancouver, the Pacific National Exhibition, and Team Canada Tap, where he competed as a soloist at the World Tap Dance Championships in Germany. One of his early career highlights was performing with Justin Bieber during his Purpose Tour in Saskatoon.

A graduate of Harbour Dance Centres Intensive Training Program, Kylan is now working with talent agencies across Canada and actively working in film, television, and commercial dance. Hes also a passionate educator, teaching a wide range of styles in studios across Western Canada, and is a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor (Module Two & Aerial/Back Handspring).

Brett Taylor is a graduate of Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, and has performed with companies including Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, BJM Danse Montreal, Wen Wei Dance, and Skeels Danse Montreal, performing works by choreographers including; Andrew Skeels, Aszure Barton, Barak Marshal, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Cayetano Soto, Mauro Bigonzetti, Penny Saunders, James Gregg, Itzik Galili, and Wen Wei Wang. Brett was also a featured dancer with the Canadian Opera Company in “Eugene Onegin”, as well as Rufus Wainwright’s world premiere of “Hadrian”.

Equally drawn to theatre, selected credits include “Evita”(Vancouver Opera), “Billy Elliot”, “Cabaret”(RMTC), “Dance Legends,” (Grand Theatre), “The Addams Family”(Neptune Theatre), “West Side Story”, “Sister Act”(Drayton Entertainment), “Mary Poppins”, “Beauty and the Beast.”(Rainbow Stage).  Television and film credits include “Make it Happen”, and music videos “Love Again”(Kreesha Turner), “The Road” and “Afterglow”(Lydia Ainsworth).As a choreographer, Brett has choreographed for dance schools and companies across Canada, including Ballet Edmonton and Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Professional Division and Aspirant Program.

A sought out dance educator, Brett was an instructor for the professional ballet program at Canada’s National Ballet School, and has also taught at institutions such as Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, L’École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec, Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre, University of the Arts (Philadelphia, USA), Ballet di Roma (Rome, Italy).
